The Peasants finds enough for peanuts.
In network marketing(MLM), every soldier wants to be the king! There is a constant performance fight and ultimately the king is the one who battled across to win and find the throne.
It takes a lot of skill to make it to the throne
Remember there can be only one king and the rest are trying to replace the king.
Network marketing is a constant fight to be the king, by virtue of performance and earning.
The Biggest Comedy in network marketing is that every network marketer that has a Peasant Qualification wants to be the King without cultivating the required skills.
The Biggest Irony and Tragedy in network marketing is that every peasant believes that he can be the King or the Minister with his peasant quantities.
When they are not able to earn enough in the system with their peasant quantities they blame the system. They do not investigate to see what makes the king to be The King.
Many people that are in to network marketing have more dreams than performance. This can be simplified as follows.
Our thoughts travel at lightening speed, but our foot travels just at the rate of 2 to 4 feet per movement
So, if we need to achieve the requirements of our thought (ambition, aim and goal) we need to work several thousand times at a better rate.
0.4% is considered a reasonable market conversion!
The MLM company or the product for which you are trying to make sale has a target 0.4% conversion rate target for the minimum per head. Say out of 100% if each of them is having a minimum 04% conversion it is very less and of course achievable by every down line. Just sell for 0.4%.
From the companys point of view if you are going to make just 0.4% sale from their target, it is enough for them. Let me tell you why?
In a network marketing system if the company is going to have 1000 people doing 0.4% sale then look at it this way:
1000 x 0.4% = 400% sales.
To an average network marketer it seems that they need to do ONLY 0.4% sales, but the company achieves a 400% sales which is 4 times more than its original target!
Whether you perform just 0.4% or 10% or 100% the MLM company is going to be on the profitable side.
Dont get me wrong, I just wanted to say if the MLM company has 1000 peasants doing just 0.4% it is enough for them!
But the company wants to boost their sales level from 400% to 800% how do they do this.
– They divide and rule! Create a difference.
– Peasants compete between themselves to be the minister or the king.
– The battle can be won by those that make the most shares.
– When this happens, the company grows and the people also grow based on how much they sell.
The best peasant graduates to be the minister, the best minister graduates to be the king!
Stop! Dont feel like MLM the company is making a fool out of you!
No, they are not. The company is not cheating you!
They are definitely rewarding you for what you do!

Well there are a ton of social news sites and for those of you that don’t know what I am talking about this is basically a site that allows users to post news articles, photos, videos.
In most cases the sites then have the users vote on which articles should appear on the more visible pages within the site. Here are some of the more popular examples. Digg, Mixx, Reddit, Propeller, Fark and the list goes on. The question is which one is the best site, first off this really is a matter of opinion that being said you can’t argue with the numbers.
As far as overall traffic is concerned Digg is hugely popular at the time of this article Digg has a 237 Alexa rank meaning it is arguably the 237 most popular site on the planet, that’s huge! Digg also has one of the cleanest sites of the bunch and is quite easy to use. Even with these two impressive stats Digg can really suck at times because the site is controlled by a select few that insist on making only the articles that they post popular.
These days unless your article is about anything green, Obama (Positive), Palin/McCain (Negative), technology or Apple products you don’t have a hope in hell of seeing one of your posts hitting the infamous Digg front page. The next inline as far as traffic is concerned is Mixx which currently has a 1,104 Alexa rank still a very popular site. Mixx doesn’t get the traffic but the articles are much more balanced and the site while not quite as clean as Digg is still quite pleasing to the eyes. Reddit has been called the Social News Site for adults and while the posts are usually quite good the interface can honestly give you a headache, great content horrible site. Propeller and Fark run into some of the same issues but are decent.
Bottom line I think Mixx in time will get the traffic that Digg has and as long as they don’t let a few select users take over the site the future looks bright! You also have a choice of visiting some Internet Dating sites which have a news section. There is no doubt that this market will grow and more and more examples of these popular sites will start popping up

Arsenal Back On Track While Atletico Chokes

Premier League football was back this weekend and despite the international break, it was a case of deja vu for pretty much all the teams. Hull City continued its wonderful start to the season both home and away to notch up another win against West Ham while Manchester United and Chelsea imposed their dominance in ruthless fashion with thrashings against West Bromwich and Middlesbrough respectively. Arsenal’s poor form also looked like continuing for yet another week until a wonderful second half assured a come from behind victory at home against Everton.
Hull has been the revelation of this season, bringing back memories of Wigan’s sensational start to the season about 3 seasons ago. Just when you thought that the international break would end their form, they won comfortably against West Ham and are starting to look like not getting relegated at the end of the season. I know it’s too early to make such a prediction but one would be foolish to count against them.
The 4 big teams also had wins on the weekend, 2 of them in thrashings and the other 2 in tight and tense affairs. The thrashings handed out by Chelsea and Manchester United emphasises the gulf between the big clubs and the rest in domestic leagues in Europe. I discussed this point and the need to find a remedy to the problem a couple of months back. The fact that Chelsea won this easily with so many first team players out through injury shows the devastating effect of this great financial divide.
Arsenal and Liverpool both had their work cut out as both had to come back from behind to win their respective games. Arsenal looked to be continuing their poor run of form with a very lacklustre and forgettable first half where Everton looked the more composed and confident team on the pitch. A better team would have punished Arsenal with more than a solitary goal in the first half.
In the second half however, the real Arsenal turned up to play, and spurred on by Nasri’s great long range goal, ran out comfortable winners by 3 goals to 1. Liverpool were also forced to play catch up after conceding a early goal in the first half. After 80 minutes, Wigan were 2 goals to 1 ahead and looked likely to snatch victory until Liverpool conjured up 2 goals in the final 10 minutes of the game to take home the points and stay in touch with the leaders.
Meanwhile in Spain, the Madrid derby was the big fixture of the weekend and it didn’t disappoint. There’s a saying that “it’s only over when it’s over”, and this couldn’t be truer for Atletico Madrid. Seemingly destined to fall 1-0 at home to their fierce rivals, Atletico’s Simao scored a goal to bring them level. This sent the home fans into rupture as it seemed that would escape with a draw.
However, the action did not end there. At the other end of the pitch, in the final minute of injury time, Real Madrid got a penalty which was converted by Higuain. The home fans went home devastated, the away fans went home rejoicing. This is the beauty of football where anything can happen in the blink of an eye. Why Every Recruit Should Sell?

The concept of almost all MLM or network marketing is to create more distributors and more sales.
Let us consider a simple example from a typical MLM plan to create 10 down lines. Each distributor is known as a recruit or down line and they are supposed to each make target sales and target recruitment.
When this continues down the chain, the sales increases exponentially to the company and there is regular flow of income to the company. The regular flow of income to the company is dependent upon the regular consistent performance of each recruit right from distributor one.
– Distributor one recruits 10 people.
– Each of the 10 people sell and recruit further 10.
– So, at this point in time there should be 1 + 10 + 100 recruits which are 111 distributors which should further go down the lane and contribute to the sale.
If the recruits are not selling, where will the money be generated from?
If after recruiting 10 people, distributor one is stopping his process of selling and recruiting then at this stage the real performing asset to the company is just the 10 primary down lines
Only 10 performers out of 11 distributors are performing. The company is feeding the first distributor from the performance of other people after he stops working
Now, if the next 10 recruiters stop performing after a certain stage there will be only 100 performers out of 111 members. And the company is requiring to feeding 11 distributors even if they are not performing because they are the up line even after they stop working.
When this happens down the lane the number of people that are getting fed without performing or working increases in number; until a certain stage, it will be possible for the company to pay someone without them performing, but when the number of non performers increase with a growing number of down lines, there will be a kind of trouble for the company in compromising on many facts to have the up lines paid. This is one of the major reasons for the bubble bursts in most MLM or perhaps the loss of sales or saturation or whatever critics call it.
Let us look at it the other way! What if each of the up line continues to sell even after they have completed their recruit target; and, what if each of the recruits continues to sell even after they have done their target down lines. There will be regular flow of money to the company and the company will not have to forge or underpay someone or overpay someone.
They will be sharing money just in the right way.
The problems with most multilevel marketing systems is that performers go greedy after a certain stage and they want money automatically coming in, which will not happen unless one has a magic wand. Smart Work = True Value Riches.
If someone is going to tell you, that you will make millions after a few years if you put good down lines, they are rather bluffing.
Think, practically. So you sow, so you reap.
What you sow this year can give you only one harvest!
If you should harvest again you have to sow again!

Huge iPhone Data Bills If You Cancel Your International Plan

After receiving a huge international data roaming bill for my iPhone account even though I had added a sufficiently large International Data Roaming Plan before my trip I was informed by an AT&T service rep that AT&T had charged me the exorbitant per KB rate for international data usage because I had cancelled my International Data Roaming plan after I returned to the United States.
The plan is available on a month-to-month basis, so canceling it when I got home seemed like an obvious thing for me to have done, since I have no plans to go overseas again in the foreseeable future. But the service rep said that AT&Ts policy (unwritten, so far as I can tell) is that one needs to leave the roaming plan in place for 90 extra days, so that it is still in place when the foreign carrier finally reports the subscribers roaming back to AT&T. If the plan is not in place when the foreign data usage gets reported to AT&T, then AT&Ts billing system which was fully capable of charging me for the International Data Roaming service when it was in place is incapable of recognizing that I had an international data roaming plan in place on the dates that the foreign carrier says I used its data connection
AT&Ts 100MB iPhone plan costs an additional monthly fee of $119.99, while the 200MB plan runs an additional $199.99 a month. During the plans rollout, AT&T stated that both could be added or dropped from users existing plans at any time, without penalty.
